Mr. Mirman has an extensive 20-year background in the securities industry. He has extensive experience in financial and securities matters and obtaining financing for and providing financial advisory services to micro-cap and small-cap public companies, including oil and gas and other energy companies. Most recently, Mr. Mirman served as Chief Executive Officer of Lilis Energy, Inc. (NYSE: LLEX) from April 2014 to August 2017, after serving as the Company’s President beginning in September 2013. Under his leadership, Lilis (fka Recovery Energy) restructured from a near-bankrupt DJ Basin producer trading on the bulletin board to a Permian Delaware Basin producer traded on the NYSE and valued at over $550 million at his exit. During his tenure, Lilis successfully closed $256 million in a combination of equity, debt, and debt restructuring. Mr. Mirman graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a B.S. in Political Science.
ARIELLA FUCHS

Ms. Fuchs has extensive experience in the oil and gas and securities industries. From March 2015 to February 2018, Ms. Fuchs acted as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Lilis Energy, Inc. (NYSE: LLEX), where Ms. Fuchs oversaw over $200 million in debt, debt restructuring, equity and complex M&A transactions, board relations, and commercial contracts. During her tenure, Lilis restructured from a near-bankrupt DJ Basin producer trading on the bulletin board to a Permian Basin producer traded on the NYSE and valued at over $550 million at her exit. Prior to that, Ms. Fuchs was an associate with Baker Botts L.L.P. from April 2013 to February 2015, specializing in securities transactions and corporate governance. Before joining Baker Botts L.L.P., she served as an associate at White & Case LLP and Dewey and LeBoeuf LLP from January 2010 to March 2013 in their mergers and acquisitions groups. Ms. Fuchs received a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University.
MARY HUGHES

Mrs. Hughes is an experienced petroleum geologist focused on exploration of unconventional plays and specializes in project optimizations. Most recently, Mrs. Hughes joined Lilis Energy, Inc. (NYSE: LLEX) in January 2017 as Senior Geologist and ultimately became VP of Geology in March 2018. During her time at Lilis, she proved up development potential on several unidentified targets on the Eastern flank of the Delaware Basin. Mrs. Hughes’ previous roles have included Apache Corporation from October 2014 to June 2016 as lead Operations Geologist in Delaware Basin (Loving Co. TX) and then new ventures exploration of the Alpine High area. Prior to that, she worked for Activa Resources from January 2011 to October 2014 as a Geologist focusing on shallow south Texas tight-sand plays and exploration of conventional plays in north and east Texas and in the Ark-La-Tex region. Mrs. Hughes earned a B.S. in Geology from Sam Houston State University and a M.S. in Geology from University of Texas at San Antonio. Mrs. Hughes has recently served as Secretary for the South Texas Geological Society and is an active member of American Association of Petroleum Geologists.
SETH BLACKWELL

Mr. Blackwell is a Certified Professional Landman with extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of oil and gas upstream operations. Most recently, Mr. Blackwell served as the Executive Vice President of Land & Business Development for Lilis Energy, Inc. (NYSE: LLEX) from December 2016 to April 2018 where he successfully grew their core position to 20,000 contiguous net acres, added over $300MM in asset value, and oversaw multiple complex M&A transactions. Prior to joining Lilis Energy, Mr. Blackwell held the position of Vice President of Land for XOG Resources from September 2012 to November 2016, a private equity venture that focused on the acquisition and exploitation of conventional reservoirs in the Gulf Coast and East Texas. Prior to that, he gained exposure to multiple oil and gas basins throughout the U.S. while working for Occidental Petroleum. Mr. Blackwell holds a B.S. in Business Management from Fort Hays State University and a M.S. in Energy Business from The University of Tulsa. He is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landman, Independent Petroleum Association of America and President of the North Houston Association of Professional Landman.
